This oceanfront property sits right on the warm waters of the Caribbean, so you can enjoy an array of water sports or just take in the sun by the pool. When visiting Cayman Breakers make sure to take advantage of all the amenities this property offers including free bicycle rentals, a beautiful courtyard with Cabana's to sit under, hammocks, barbeque grills, and an ocean at you back door!

**A one time housekeeping charge of $62.50 per unit per stay will be collected at time of check in.**
You will immediately feel at home when you enter one of the Cayman Breakers Condominiums. Each unit boasts approximately 800 square feet of living space, and offers many wonderful amenities including your own private balcony or patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or a good book in the afternoon as the tropical breezes blow through your hair. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen containing dishwasher, microwave, electric range, icemaker, refrigerator, coffeemaker and complimentary coffee. After a fun day of play on the island relax in air-conditioned comfort and watch TV or rent a video from the local rental shop. Other unit amenities include ceiling fans, alarm clock radio, telephone, washer/dryer, and hair dryer and iron/ironing board to keep you looking you best!

South Side Road, Cayman Brac, Cayman Islands, B.W.I. - From the airport, turn right leaving the airport (Girald Smith Airport) and continue to West End Crossroads and turn right. Follow it across until you reach a stop sign, this will be South Side Road, turn left (you will be going East). Go approximately 9 miles to the end of the island. You will see a pink block building, "The Cayman Breakers" (you will see lights and a round driveway).
